Majors - 4/29/03 Baker Printing 5 - Hagan's - 3 On a great night for baseball, visiting Hagan's squared off against Baker Printing. Making his Major League pitching debut was Ryan Martin for the Baker boys opposed by Hagan's hurler Will Torrence. In the top of the first, Matt Atkinson led off with a single. After then getting two outs on infield plays, Torrence doubled to drive in a run. In the bottom of the first, Baker answered. Jeremiah Green led off with a single and Anthony Ricco tied the game with an RBI single. Nick Vendetta then drew a walk. Both Ricco and Vendetta would eventually score on stolen bases. Hagan's would get one back in the second on consecutive singles by Matt Robinson, Phil Reviello and Matt Atkinson. The score now was 3-2 in favor of Baker. In the bottom of the second, Baker got on the board again with Erich Schwabe drawing a walk. Jeremiah Green then came through again with a big double driving in Schwabe. Green would eventually score after stealing third and then home. Both pitchers would then settle down from the third inning on with the only run coming from a walk to Hagan's Chris McCusker and a double again by Torrence. The score would remain 5-3 in favor of Baker. This was a well-played and well-pitched game by both teams. Ryan Martin went all six  for the Baker boys walking just three and striking out five. Will Torrence likewise went the distance, striking out seven and walking just two.
