In their third game of the season, Baker Printing provided a total team effort with solid pitching, defense, hitting and baserunning to down Peterson 8 to 1. Jake Enterlin and Dan Divis each worked three strong innings for the win. Combined, they only gave up four walks and five hits. Peterson was putting the ball in play, only striking out five times in the contest. Baker had thirteen chances in the field and remarkably, handled them all without an error. Baker continued their hot and timely hitting, rapping out eleven hits with Ronnie Mizell, Brendan Collins, Dan Divis and Erich Schwabe getting two hits apiece. They also put alot of pressure on the Peterson infield with some heads-up baserunning and a nifty bunt for a hit by Ian Campbell. The Peterson offensive attack was led by Nick Quintans with two hits and an RBI. C.J. Gamber and Ryan Luffey went two and four innings on the mound for Peterson and showed good control, yielding only five walks combined.
