The Twins and Braves through the first three innings were tied 9-9 with each team hitting the ball well and the Braves making some great plays in the field. The Braves went ahead 13-12 in the top of the 5th on a single by Tobias Goebal. The Twins had to put in their ace pitcher Jack Ribble to shut them down and keep the game close. In the bottom of the 5th the Twins were able to rally and score two runs to come away with a win in this closely matched game. Kevin Mohollen provided the excitement for the day for the Twins by hitting his first home run of the season and Max Reisser had a clutch single with bases loaded. Chase Luffey, Alex Kron and Michael Maroney added key doubles for the Twins.
