NL Game 35
Spectrum Orioles 19
Wilson Safe Rockies 4
The Orioles came out
hot against the Rockies, posting 4 runs in the first inning behind the hitting
of Alex Roberts, Matt McGraw and John Flynn. The Rockies came right back at the
Orioles, plating three runs on a 3-run homer by Bob Rennie. The Orioles
continued to amass runs, however, and Matt McGraw knuckled down with three fine
innings of pitching.
For the Orioles, Alex Roberts went 4-4, and Sean Doyle pitched and closed out
the game with a three strike-out performance. For the Rockies, Jack Daly and
James Hare played fine all around games and Cameron Ricciardi made an excellent
diving catch at first.
