Carman defeated Gardner Fox 5-2 in a hard fought contest. Kyle Gillen led Carman with a home run, a double and a save.

Gardner Fox fought hard and registered a final inning come back led by Philip Kotcamp's 2 out double into the gap off ace Kyle Gillen.  Gillen struck out the sides to preserve the win for Carman.
