With all the low scoring games Moppert has been involved in this was anything but. Hagan's wnet right to it with 6 runs in the top of the 1st on hits by Julian Heller, John Owens, Hunter Tierney and Billy Ankum. The Moppert boys kept their heads up and answered back with two of their own. Key hits came from Brian Vendetta, David Splain and Zander Brown. After holding Hagan's scoreless in the 2nd inning Moppert put 4 more runs across inthe 2nd inning with hits coming from Ian McLarney and Brian Vendetta. Hagan regained the lead in their half of the 3rd powered by a Julian Heller HR. Moppert responded with 4 runs of their own including a HR by Alex Donoghue. The fourth inning finally saw no runs socred by either team. Moppert was able to put 3 more runs across in the 5th which feature a nice double by Kevion Dougherty and a clutch single by Kevin Bosco. Hagan was able to plate run in the sixth inning after Bo DiFiori lead off with a triple and then scored on a John Owens single.

David Splain (3 innings) and Kevin Bosco (3 innings) handled the bulk of the pitching duties for Moppert and Brian Gross, John Ownes and Hunter Tierney were all involved in Hagan's pitching effort.
