Burmans and Childrens Medical played an exciting game on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.
Burmans scored 2 runs in the top of the 1st inning, with hits by James Kantner(4-4,(3)1B,3B,3RBI,3R) and Ben Burman (1-2,2BB,2R).
Childrens Medical bounced right back with 4 runs in the bottom of the 1st scoring for Childrens Medical were Cameron Ricciardi(2-4,2R), Steve McAlee(1-3,2R), Dom Nunag(1-4,1R) and J.T. Haraar(2-4,2R).
Burmans picked up a run in the second after Peter mavero(3-3,2R) singled and later scored, closing the gap to 4-3. Childrens Medical failed to score in the bottom of the 2nd.
James Kantner singled and scored int the top of the 3rd, knotting the game at 4-4. Childrens Medical bounced back in the bottom of the 3rd with a run by J.T. Haraar, giving them a 5-4 advantage.
Matthew Kantner drew a walk to open the fourth inning. Peter Mavero doubled, putting men on 2nd and 3rd. James Kantner singled driving in Matthew Kantner and Peter Mavero giving Burmans a 6-5 lead. Childrens tallied 2 runs in the bottom of the 4th, with Cameron Ricciardi and Steve McAlee scoring to pull ahead 7-6.
Burmans scored 1 run in the 5th to tie the game 7-7. With Charles Slackway(2-4,2B,1R) doubled to open the inning. He was driven in ona single by Peter Mavero. Burmans scored 3 runs in the top of the 6th. Colin McGuire walked and scored on a triple by James Kantner. Ben Burman walked, Brian Dougherty singled driving in James Kantner and Ben Burman. Childrens Medical was unable to amswer in the 6th.
