Corey Ziring turned in arguably the best pitching performance of the season. Corey pitched a complete game 11-0 shutout against a potent Rockies lineup. Corey struck out 11 batters and walked just one over 5 innings. Corey also benefited from some great fielding plays by Ethan Bedwell, Lou Lombardo, Corinne Mulhearn and Charlie Frindt.
The Red Sox bats really came alive with 14 hits. Greg Kotchick led the Rockies with 2 hits. Alex Burman and Tyler Widman each had a single for the Rockies as well.
