ML Game 11

This Tuesday night dandy matched the 1-1-1 Moppert team against 3-0 Carman.  Carman opened the scoring in the 3rd inning with 2 run homer by Kevin Mohollen.  Moppert snuck 1 run across in the 4th inning on a Brendan Welsh hit.  It stayed this way until the 6th inning.  With runners on 2nd and 3rd and two outs Moppert's Donovan Davis delivered a dramatic 2 run double to put Moppert in the lead for the first time.  After plating one more Mopperts took a 4-2 lead into the bottom half of the 6th.  Peter Mamola then pitched a scoreless 6th to preserve the win for Moppert.

For Carman, Kevin Mohollen put his first home run of the season, a two run shot, over the left field fence. Our pitchers combined for 12 strikeouts.
