The Royals improved their record to a perfect 4-0 yesterday with an 11-7 win over the Yankees. They were lead at the plate by Brian Virbitsky 3 for 4, Ken Jensen 3 for 3, Reid Morfei 2 for 2, Kevin Smith 2 for 2 and John Lennon 2 for 2.

On the mound, strong performances were given by Brian Virbitsky and Dan Crossan.
