In a classic Sox/Yankees match-up it all came down to extra innings as the Back-bay boys eked out a win. The game was highlighted by outstanding starting pitching as the game was 1 to nothing through 4. That's when the bats came alive for both teams. Both teams made a number of good plays in the field and each side recorded 11 strike outs.
