The A's came ready to play and kept the pressure on the Rockies throughout the entire game. Jeffrey Lunger <A's> pitched a wonderful game, and was finally done in by the pitch count, and exited with his A's winning 10-2.

The never say die Rockies (Team motto: "We play a full 6 innings") rallied to score 5 runs in the bottom of 5th to make game 10-7. The Rockies then held the A's scoreless in top of 6th to give themselves a chance. <Great pitching efforts in game by Jamie Simpson, Graham Misko, and Tommy Bradley>
The 6th inning rally was a combo of some hits and walks, till the game was finally tied 10-10 with bases loaded when Dylan Bittle hit a little single to the right side of IF to knock in winning run and give the Rockies the NL Championship for 2010.

Great effort by both teams, and a tremendous season by all...........
