Nate Furman pitched a strong game striking out 11 in 4 innings and Tommy Carroll closed the game with a great outing to preserve the shutout. Together they combined for a one hitter. The only hit came off of the bat of James McGinnis, a double in the 5th. Mike Matteo added two hits for to the cause for Quinn with two RBIs of his own.
