The Mariners and White Sox came ready to play. The Mariners got on the board
first in the bottom half of the first inning with an RBI single from Bobby Sundo
to make it a 1-0 game Mariners. The Mariners held of the White Sox in the top of
the second inning. In the bottom of the second the Mariners bats came alive to
score 5 runs and make it a 6-0 game. Dylan Mitchell hit his second home run of
the season. The White Sox didn't give up, in the top of the third inning they
scored 1 run from an RBI from Jack O'Neill. The White Sox held off the Mariners
in the bottom of the third to keep the score 6-1 Mariners. The White Sox came
out hitting in the top of the fourth inning and scored 5 runs to make it a 6-6
game. The Mariners came out in the bottom of the fourth ready to hit. The
Mariners started of the fourth inning with a double from David Scanlan. Gavin
Dreher was up next and hit a triple to drive in David to make it a 7-6 game.
Next up was Dylan Mitchell who also hit a triple to make it an 8-6 game. The
game ended 8-6 Mariners. Both teams played a great game.
