Moppert opened up a close game (9-6 after five innings) with seven runs in the
top of the sixth.
Michael Chang struck out 8 over 4 2/3 innings and chipped in with four hits in
five at bats. Ryan Colella added three hits. In the decisive fifth, Ryan Stocku
worked a critical walk with two outs, leading to five more runs.
Jimmy Weyler, Devon Laut had two hits each
for Campbell's. Matt Stokes and Andrew Robinson scored two runs. J.D. Smith made
several key catches of hard hit ball in centerfield.
In the first inning, Moppert's Frederick
Potts gunned down a runner trying to go from first to third on a single. Potts
also singled, walked and scored two runs.
