Xandy Hammitt extended Campbell's win streak to 5 games with 5 2/3 innings of shutout baseball, striking out 9. Hammitt kept his hot bat alive with another Round Tripper - his 4th HR in his last 3 games. Sam Brown and Devon Laut helped carry the load with 2 hits apiece. Jake Santangelo kept the inning alive in the 4th with a line shot to right, and came around to score Campbells final run. Laut's two diving catches at 2nd base preserved the blanking in the 6th, while Brendon Schramm once again came in in the last to put away the final batter.
