CL Game 19
Tigers (Sposato Homes) 10
Nationals (Gregory Hillyard, DMD) 7
Exciting, well played game from both teams that saw numerous strong defensive
plays to keep the game close
The Tigers have worked hard on defense and saw the fruits of that hard work
payoff in big plays from Ryan Anderson, Declan Hefferan, Sean O'Shea, Nate Hall,
Jaden Jauregui and Chase Nangle. The Nationals were equal to the task countering
with slick fielding from Zach Douglas, Jeremy Mack, Nicholas DelPizzo and
Charlie McConnell.
But the difference was a cage full of strong hitting by the Tigers, led by Chase
Nangle and Nate Hall, who were both 3 for 3 with 2 runs scored and 2 RBI and
Declan Hefferan who was 3 for 3.
The Nationals were led by Zach Douglas who was 4 for 4 and hit the ball hard
every at bat, as well as Josh Osher and Charlie McConnell who were both 3 for 3.
