ML Game 12
Baker Printing 7
Campbell's Boathouse
4
Brendan Schramm pitched very well for Baker Printing in leading them to a 7 to 4
victory over Campbell's to avenge an opening game loss a week earlier. Schramm
gave up only 2 hits, struck out 7 batters and walked only 2 in 5 innings of
work. Baker cruised along and built a 7-1 lead thanks to 3 RBI's from Ryan
Duplicki who also hit his 1st HR of the season. The Baker team played great
defense behind Schramm's pitching with solid defensive plays were made by Zak
Summy, Jake MacDonald, Ryan Dulplicki, Russell Smith, Jeffrey Lunger, Giovanni
Matarazzo and Brian Virbitsky.
Jake Fisher smashed a solo HR in the 4th inning to cut the lead to 7-2.
Campbell's mounted a comeback in the bottom of the 6th inning scoring two runs
before Ryan Duplicki shut the door on the comeback by striking out 3 of the 4
batters he faced while leaving the bases loaded.
