After surrendering a first-pitch home run to Hagan's Drew Robinson in the first inning, Caleb Mahalik settled down to go the distance notching a 3-1 win for Patriot. Mahalik gave up one run on four hits with nine strikeouts. He walked only three. Danny DiRita had the big blow in the 4th inning with a 2-run single and Patriot never looked back. James McGinnis added 2 hits and Dylan Bittle contributed with a hit and also a great diving catch behind the plate in the 6th inning.

Matt Gress, Tom Zeigler, and Jamie Simpson provided the other hits for Hagan's.
