Baker captured its 3rd straight regular season title by picking up its 7th consecutive victory with a 11 to 8 win over Plush Mills. Baker finished with a 13-3 record and will open up the playoffs on Monday. Justin Ross made his ML pitching debut for Baker and he struck out 4 while holding Plush Mills to 1 hit and 2 runs through 3 innings. Justin had a great day at the plate as he helped Baker build a 10 - 0 lead by going 3 for 3 with 4 RBI's including a 3 run home run in the 2nd inning! Baker belted out a total of 14 hits on the day. Brian Virbitsky had 3 hits while Zak Summy and Nick Palermo chipped in with 2 hits each. Brendan Schramm, Ryan Duplicki, Giovanni Matarazzo, and Russell Smith all had a hit as well. Joe Hare pitched the 4th inning and held Plush Mills to 1 run.

Plush Mills mounted a comeback in the 5th inning scoring 5 runs but Ryan Duplicki came into the game and put the lid on the comeback by striking out 3 batters through 1 and 2/3 innings. Plush Mills had 5 hits in the game, 1 each by Charlie Andress, Kenny Jenson, Connor Boyd, JT Osher and Max Dougherty.
