Pazulski and Mainstay battled each other hard in a game that felt like a heavyweight boxing match. Pazulsky jumped to early 4-0 lead in the top of the 1st as Kevin Wang, Nate Lemisch, Christian Thack and Tom Salko got on base and scored. Mainstay answered with 4 in the bottom of the 1st as Sean Bettenhausen walked and Jimmy Cage, Corey Anderson and David Cage followed with hits. Anderson knocked in 1 and D. Cage knocked in 2.

Pazulski put up a 5 spot in the 2nd behind hits from Louis Osher, Dillon Rice, Wang and Thack to take a 9-4 lead. Mainstay chipped away with 2 in the 2nd and 2 in the 3rd to make it a 9-8 game.

Mainstay erupted for 5 runs in the bottom of the 4th to take a 13-8 lead. Bettenhausen led off with a triple and Jimmy Cage knocked him in with a groundout to 1st. Then Anderson got a single, D. Cage and Nick Harrsch walked and Dylan White smoked a bases clearing triple. Zach Allen knocked White in with a single.

Both teams scored in the 5th and Pazulski's 6th inning rally fell short as Mainstay won 17-12. RJ Host had 3 great at bats taking the pitcher to a full count each time.

James Hilley had 2 hits and 2 runs scored for Mainstay as well.
