What a game!

The Mainstay Team jumped out to the early lead and maintained the lead through 4 innings behind some very good defensive plays. Justin Curran made 3 stellar plays in center including one grab while crashing into the center field fence robbing the Sposato Team of multiple base hits.

Both starting pitchers (Sam Burman and Dylan Mitchell) battled giving up only 3 free passes.

Going into the bottom of the sixth, the game was knotted at 3. Sammy led off with a single. Max followed with a hard ground ball to the backhand side of the third baseman – again the Mainstay gloves wiped off a runner with a great play to wipe out the lead runner. Daniel came up with a clutch single; followed by a walkoff single by Jack Kellogg.
