Wednesday 4/23/14…Moppert won a tight game by the score of 12-9 over an improving Campbell’s squad. They were led by Tommy Bradley’s 4 hits and his first Major League HR. Austin Hines also hit his first Major League HR. Emanuel Chuckran had 3 hits and scored 3 times. Anthony Covello had 2 hits and Tommy Carroll was flashing the leather on defense on several hard hit balls. Campbell’s was led by Aiden Carroll’s Grand Slam, his first HR of the season and a Vince Caruso solo HR. The ball was really flying out somehow with the wind blowing in. Someone mentioned it must be Regina’s Chicken Fingers!
