Baker defeated Patriot for a 2nd time this week on Saturday by a score of 9-6.

Patriot jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the first thanks to a Home Run by Ethan Emory. In the 2nd, Patriot tacked on 4 more runs thanks to hits by Burock, Woolery, Hare, Pak and Emory. After falling behind 6-2 in the 3rd, Baker fought back with a solo Home Run by Brian Virbitsky and a delayed steal of home by Jack Ryder to cut the lead to 6-5. Baker took the lead for good in the 4th with 4 more runs.

Virbitsky and Evert struck out 8 batters in the final 3 innings to secure the victory for Baker. Luke Edwards continued his hot hitting by collecting 3 hits and driving in 2. Virbitsky and Evert each added 2 hits as well.
