For the Rays, Flynn Hollinger came on in relief and did an outstanding job on
the mound. Defensively, the Rays turned a nice double play with the bases loaded
to kill a rally. Offensively, they were led by Michael Byrd who went 1 for 2
with 1 RBI.
For the Cardinals, Matt Gorman and Evan Golato each turned in
fine pitching performances. Offensively, Nick Corritore went 2 for 2 with 4 RBI,
Sam Pietrzak went 2 for 2 with 2 RBI and Tucker Kinne went 1 for 2 with 2 RBI.
