The Athletics got solid pitching from Nico Taylor, Brady Nangle and Bianca Penn. Aiden Naugle and Bianca Penn also chipped in 2 hits each and scored twice. However, the Mariners were able to out-duel the A’s with great pitching from Eddie Morroni, Colin Eckels and Patrick Lester. The Mariners benefited from offensive production across the entire lineup, with Owen McGroarty and Braden Feirlin hitting doubles and Patrick Lester hitting a triple.
